Ultrastage General Overview:

UltraStage Portable Stage decks are built without compromise to meet the daily demands of professional users.

Tops are constructed from ¾” thick, 13-ply Baltic birch plywood, featuring an imbedded non-slip finish. Standard sized decks feature an aluminum center brace for added rigidity.

Perimeters are fabricated from box-type extrusion and made from high grade aluminum. The sides incorporate a recessed Velcro strip for attaching stage skirting. Underneath a special ridge accommodates the attachment of deck clamps, railings, and stairs.

One-piece corners, CNC precision milled, fit precisely into the perimeter extrusion. This design provides a much stronger corner than a traditional butt-joint corner construction. One-piece extruded corners contribute significantly to the overall structural integrity of the deck and are a major contributor to its load bearing capacity.

Standard decks sizes are 4’x 8’ and 4’ x 4’.
Curved decks & custom sizes are available upon request.
1’x4′ and 2’x8′ decks are also poplular sizes when creating steps or risers using legs for support.

UltraStage telescopic X-frames are easy to transport and quick to set up. No tools are required and leveling is made easy with the integrated screw-adjustment leveling feet.

Covering a height range of 12″ to 84″ with adjustment in 2″ increments, UltraStage X-frames meet the height requirements of most every stage.

Decks can be placed directly on to X-frame legs when used as risers or single platforms, or on Locator Plates when mulitple decks are combined in larger stage configurations.
